Clients

Samantha will take the time to get to know you and what’s important to your business. She will meet with you in person whenever possible, establishing the type of fit for your business as well as the key skills and qualifications you require in a new recruit. You know your business and your requirements better that anyone; Samantha will LISTEN, and partner you throughout the process until reaching a successful conclusion, and thereafter. If she feels that the type of candidate you are looking for is rare, she will tell you and will then put a plan of action in place to make sure that the right person can be found, whether it be through a contingency route, or by headhunting – she’s not one to give up easily.

When it comes to fees, Samantha takes a commercial approach, and makes the cost ‘transparent’ from day one. We all know where we stand before committing to the process.

Candidates

Samantha will, again, take the time to get to know you as a person and to establish exactly what you’re looking for in your next career move; this is usually done over a coffee at a time & location to suit you. She will provide you with as much information as you require from a consultant in your job search, and will take you through the whole process in a truly consultative manner.

Furthermore, if you as a candidate feel that the job is not right for you either pre- or post-interview, that’s your decision and your prerogative. It’s your career. This should be just as important to your consultant as yourself.
